RoofWrap30
is a high strength polypropylene roofing underlayment. It’s
a tough, weather-resistant fabric, developed to protect
homes under the harshest conditions in North America. The
ideal choice under shingles, shakes, tiles, slate and metal
roofs, it resists tearing away from nails-even in high
winds. Typar RoofWrap 30 creates a secondary water barrier
that reduces the incidence of leaks caused by storm damage,
wind driven rain, ice dams, and worn finish materials. Typar
RoofWrap 30 meets all national building codes. It won’t dry
out in high temperatures, and won’t crack or become brittle
in cold temperatures. Typar RoofWrap 30 won’t rot and
contains no asphalt, so it won’t melt. |
